Why am i keep getting an error! reinstalled, updated, refreshed everything and yet to no avail. blackcipher error along with an ngs error when i press play.

im using steam and it doesnt work. gamelauncher just makes ms say it has stopped working. idk whats wrong
Update black cipher? or use steam?
