Pros and Cons between Demon Slayers and Mercedes ?

I'm deciding to pick between one of these classes. Since both are quite similar in some ways to DBs (At least to me, and I love DBs)

Notes:

- I did not play any archer class.
- In the other hand I do have a DK from the warrior branch.
- I love rushing skills and fast paced movement.
@hin90 yeah, but mechs got nerfed approx 6 months after release. If u can get to 4th job before the hypothetical nerf, mercedes will still be op like hell.

EVEN SO, there's about a 95% chance there will be NO nerf, because nowadays, nexon is buffing up the other classes to come to par with the legendds instead of nerfing the op'ed classes.
They won't get nerfed. Every other class is getting stronger to match them.

OT: If you like rushing and mobility, I think Mercedes are gonna suit you well. I really like their mobility as well.

I don't really care as long as the class is fun to play. *Points to my Db* Been playing on it since release till now.

@leafsasuke93 The cons you've put aren't really cons. I don't see any problem with those.

Like the person above said, it's really not that bad to experience a new class, but although you've had a warrior class, devil slayer will be rather separated from the rest of the warrior classes, hence many systems (you can check out blogs to spot out what's up with Demon Slayer ) and Demon Slayer's gaming experience is really *new* and sometimes players forget that it is a warrior class. I think of it as a new class instead of putting it in a warrior branch =o

OT: Both classes shows hasty playing experience throughout the game, but the mercedes is slightly faster considering the skills, but don't look down on Demon Slayer cause of this~ because his destructive damage can make up for this, and his speed is not much different from mercedes inspite of being a warrior class.
What I(noone cares) suggest is try out both of them untill at least 2nd o 3rd job and see for youself which class is worthy enough to stay in your account! ^^ I've been in many patches that promised new classes, and even before the patch, I always search what's going on and how can I do the best with the class, but the truth is, I found it really different from what I've learned and then actually playing it, bottomline is, play it and figure it out <3
Hope that helped!(no it didn't go die)

I just thought about it, and if you liked Dual Bladers, what exactly makes you interested in Mercedes at all?

@GinSaan: Well... yeah. There's just something odd about ranged classes. They're just kind of strange. I think Mercedes are much more about ranged attacks than you may believe, but they DO have their fair share of mobbing/up close attacks. But, it's kind of how I think of Wild Hunters. They're ranged based, but they've got those up close attacks.

@AllDayErryDay Pretty sure the biggest cons for Merc is their HP. Thats all I know.. I did not see many gameplay videos, just one for each advancement.

I have not played any archer class since.. well.. theres something that doesn't appeal to me for ranged classes. I've read that Merc have a mixed of ranged and close attacks.

Well, Mercedes kind of have no cons as far as I'm concerned... Other than the really prissy skills...

I think if you've never played an archer class, there's likely a reason behind it ya know? And if you already have a warrior, then you're semi-familiar with the feel of one right?

Although I'm not really the person to be shedding any light on the situation, I think Demon Slayers are the class you're gonna want to pick if you don't necessarily care about top-tier kind of damage (although they are pretty good at dealing it), but want some pretty fun gameplay. From what I know, I'm not positive if they have a rush-esque skill, but they have some crazy mobility from what I've seen. Then again Mercedes do too... Eh. I just think Demon Slayers are more interesting.
