Been happening to me for the past three days. Missing out on the 2x right now
it's been happening to me since yesterday, i have reinstalled the game, redownloaded blackcipher, etc. no results.
i managed to make it work once (i've tried to log in like 20 times) by going task manager when NGS is up and ending process. It dc'd after like 3 hours and havent been able to get back in since.

If you're doing anything other than playing you're probs afk playing.
Being AFK or using programs like Firefox, iTunes, and Skype are VERY suspicious activities. I'm surprised they didn't ban you.
In all seriousness though, this game's hack detection is a joke. As long as you aren't getting banned just restart the game.
a lot of us our. i'm trying to get my wife her christmas damage skin, but it keeps kicking me saying i'm doing something suspicious -_-
