Am I hacked or not?

So here's a brief description of what happened:

I was playing Maplestory, as usual, when I minimized the screen to go do something on the web (the alt+esc key). I was using the web when Maplestory suddenly just disconnected. I went back the the website start-up to restart Maplestory. When I did a little Maplestory-formatted error popped up saying "Information not found" with a bunch of codes. I retried starting Maplestory again, and it worked the second time. When I logged on I went to business as usual when I came upon "dying hackers". They just popped up in mid air and died when they made contact with a monster. They kept instantly showing up and dying. What the heck? o.o So, I just carried on with my business. I went back to Victoria Island and went to the Six Paths Crossroads. I cam down when like 5 or 6 different characters just popped up in mid air and disappearing. One came, left, and another came. o.o >.< Like...what the flip?

So am I hacked or not? I already did a virus scan, but nothing showed up. It would soooo suck if I was hacked.....
