But Isn't "Target of rage'' quest glitched?

For Aran:

to unlock the quest you have to do a eldstian (or how ever its spelled) quest i think the quest is who are thay or something then another evan quest line unlocks
as for the quest chain itself it was put in during alliance riseing. no idea why a normal quest unlocks a evan quest chain tho maybe a over sight

@thesolemnone I see I never did all the Aran quests yet so maybe that's why. But I also did all the Evan quests since he was level 100 pre-big bang.

Evans should be able to obtain the sp reset after a quest is fixed from this maintenance. Arans have to do all quests that previously gave out skills before getting a quest from Lilin about joining the alliance.

i got it. just did the easiest alliance unbound quest (i'm lazy like that). don't remember which one, but it was simple.
