Dcing not seeming so random

So for the past week I get DCed about 30-50 times a day,no exaggerations. I don't think it's due to DC hacks but i'm really not sure anymore. A lot of the time it happens when i'm switching channels and I get the white screen and maple just tells me it's gotta close. It's happened even more frequently today more than the past week however,so is there anyway to prevent these DC's? I've taken whispers off so i'm out of ideas now.
