Db buff duration question
Hey, ive got a couple of questions regarding buff duration.
1. Whats the highest %buff duration you can get with inner ability? I currently have 32% at unique is this good enough?
2. Whats the minimum %buff duration required to maintain final cut as a buff

how many db's have max empathy though? its a pain in the ass to level it up, you have to harvest herbs. one of the harder traits to level up, along with insight.

i have yet to see past 35. my kaiser has 30, bishop 32 and xenon 35.
Personally I would just keep the 32% because you can get perm FC already. Trust me...I regret trying to aim for higher because it costed me about 3k tries to get it back again.

you need like 52% to maintain the final cut buff, 50% of 60 seconds is 30, 60 +30 = 90, FC cooldown is 90 secs.
