Very good way to test balance of jobs

So people have been comparing jobs by seeing youtube vids on who can solo zakum the fastest and stuff. Actually, I thought of a much more efficient way in testing these.
Hmm, so don't blame me if my idea is immature or what, or criticize me and randomly *ahem guess ages. If you have any constructive comments you can list it below.

1. Imagine we want to compare F/P Arch Mage and Evan.
2. Make an F/P AM and an Evan, both 200, with BASE 10k range.
3. Give all of them clean, highest level equips(for weapon/shield top bottoms...etc[no pendants, rings and such] Include the job's special weapon too, like Mechanic's Magnum)
3.Make sure all of their skills are maxed and use all buffs.(No potential for any eq)
4.If you want to compare their bossing/training/mobility etc, adjust the surroundings for it.
5. For eq, mobbing. Find a moderate platform map(some platforms to jump on, 70% flat map).
6.Time how long it takes to kill all the mobs in the map for both jobs and so on...(the tricky part is that the mobs might respawn so try to find a non-respawnable mob)

So I hope you guys get my point. You have to first bring the jobs to the same level and then compete, i literally mean the same level in terms of maxed skills, AP and base range.
What do you guys think lol. Remember, only comment constructively related to this post. I don't want to see ppl saying things like "It's useless comparing", and stuff like that ok?

Summary: Ts wants us to compare classes and their opness not by their solo's. Instead, we compare the classes by lvl'in up and distributing the same stats. With the same equips, range, and maxed skills, we should see the time it takes to kill mobs. This is very timely, and leveling to a balanced level takes a very long time. Also, getting the same equips with no potential is very hard to do nowadays. Not to even mention the skills and boost that differs the damage ranges of classes. Some classes also mob well and others don't, this method takes patience, when done correctly, accurate; but I would say it's a waste to do so much to compare just 2 classes.

A lot of people are too lazy to even go from orbis to ludi. what makes you think they will get 2 classes to the same lvl to compare them?
