is this good enough?

yesterday I landed 15%str and 6% mp on a perfect reinforced gollux ring, after about 9 scrolls, 40 css and 10 cubes

should I keep this potential or aim for like 18 or 21%? i can craft like 40 cubes atm but my luck has proven to be the worst

if i decide to keep it, how much should i sell it for in Broa?
