End Game Glowing Whip

Right now I have a clean Glowing Whip, 71/16. I will be making maybe $200 dollars off a side job for extra spending money and was thinking of using it on NX to get mesos to buy 50% 1H ATT and white scrolls. I won't be switching to a 2H weapon so don't try saying PSB or Glaive is better, i don't care. I was wondering if I should make this or wait and see if a better common 1H weapon comes out, since it seems VIP Dagger (STR) has been changed to a classed item. I probably won't spend all $200 on NX so don't talk about how much money I'm spending either, just opinions on making the weapon or waiting.

Yeah, the basil item section isn't the most accurate, so I didn't confirm that they were no longer common, just linked.
Though idr why I linked it, knowing it's inaccurate. Meh.

I'm not using one since I made my PSB. And I don't think linking the item section of Basil tells us anything other then someone might have messed up that section when they were adding new content.

I'll believe it when it's in-game, but for now I'm skeptical.

You can somewhat easily get the speed off other equips, or decent haste, so the speed doesn't matter much.
It's in the 31-70 potential tier, so the potential won't be the best. You did say you want to use a 1h weapon, so the only 1h weapons in a better tier are the kebob, and the yellow duck tube. If you can get either of those, go ahead, if not, I guess the glowing whip is fine, although the fan is ideal.
