Was the 70 stat CHTP the intended plan?
We all know about the 70 stats CHTPs.
The question is, was this the plan?
This is a reasonable question because the HTP was patch'd to remove hammers.
I just wish nexon would tell us if this is what their intent was so we can plan around it.

I guess it does suck, but it also does not. If I can not egg it two more times, then I can continue with my current luk-reduction plan and not have to renew the idea.
so I should plan to not get mine hammered and work with the 40 stat?
minta still has a 3 line one, but everybody knows he hacks.
