Losing HP upon level up.

As many of you know when you level up your HP/MP usually goes back up to full health upon leveling, I recently created a UA 2 days ago and have noticed something very strange. Upon every level up rather than my HP/MP regenerating to full health my HP gets cut to 700 and my MP gets cut by about 1000 from what it is. I dont know if this is a glitch or what but I just want to know if anyone else has experienced this as well. Before my UA it was fine while I was leveling my Wind Archer, I havent checked any of my other characters yet so Im not sure if its just my UA affected. I mean i have no problem with this seeing as its just a simple pot to regain my health again but still. Thanks for the feedback

Quite strange. Can't really help since I've never paid attention to my UA's HP bar upon leveling, as all of my UAs are Warriors so I don't really need to look at it :I
what job is your UA?
Its a Fire Poison Mage
EDIT: don't UAs have a +% HP/MP passive skill when made? that could be it those don't count either.
I thought that might have been it but i just checked, the +%HP/MP is for the Cygnus that was used to make the UA, not the UA. Which is strange since the Cygnus is level capped the extra HP doesnt matter.
Hahaha yeah I loved it when that happened, but sometimes they would blame it on me and not casting HB? Well Besides that crow....I hate him with a passion.
Crow used to scare the crap out of me. He's still quite difficult to kill, even at level 193.
But so fun, KB'ing him into corner.
I guess he might be easier with the ridiculous damage boosts, and doubling the effect of Slow. =_=

It's funny.
Back when MapleStory was hard, and people trained properly...
Priests and Dragon Knights would party at Himes...
Priests depended on Heal and Holy Symbol to prevent pot burn, and get exp, while Priests depended on Hyper Body to have enough HP to survive without Magic Guard.
Upon level up, Hyper Body gets temporarily dispelled, so if they got hit while levelling up, the Priest would die. Was pretty funny.

Well i just unequipped everything and my base HP is 876. Yet every level up it goes down to 700-720 o.O Same for my MP its base is 3864 but its always in the 2000 range when i level up.

If you have equipment adding to your base HP (evo rings for example) they don't count.

You go back to your absolute base HP upon leveling up.
