Shield Drops Reboot

What monsters drop the deimos, vip and kit shield?
This is in reboot, if that makes a difference.

VIP Shield from Alien Visitor bosses, but it's level 200+ content.
Chief Priest thing guy at Shaolin Temple can drop shields too, I think.

I googled and if you're talking about the Deimos Sage Shield it says on reddit you can get the recipe to make it from Empress?
