Most people change their hair because they didn't like the older one or got bored w/it. So really the only profit you would see from those is people with buyer's remorse.
I think it would be useful.
I could use one for my AB. (Used the Tot's coupon for my transformation hair, wish I could get the stock hair back. T_T)
