question about sending tickets to nexon

Is it a good idea to send multiple tickets to nexon so they might reply faster?
Reason I ask this because I just got hacked about two days ago. The hacker changes my password and also my email info, which he also hacked my email. Luckily, I got my email back, but not my account.

The only thing they respond quickly to are NX related issues, and that's limited to few issues. I swear the NX GM's ctrl + F tickets for keywords and submit auto responses because there are times where I make it clear I'm aware of what their auto response ticket says and they respond with it anyways.

If Nexon hasn't replied yet obviously your not that important to them.

I wish I could reset my password, but the hacker change the email info to his. So I can't reset it.

Here's what happened to me

I logged in, greeted with a message that my account was deactivated for suspicious activity. I have no idea what that meant, but I could get it back using the verification link from my email. Well that's the problem; I can't for the life of me remember the password to my old email. Long story short, I logged a ticket and it was fixed within 24 hours.

Don't submit multiple tickets; it only annoys the GMs and at that point, they're not begging you; you're begging them

Send more to reply faster? no. thats stupid.

They barely have any people working on tickets as is, last thing they need is redundant tickets clogging up their time.

Usually, tickets like those involves people saying, "I got hacked and I spent lyke $49296291729192 on NX, PLZ HELP ME. I will also buy $201718 NX tomorrow!".
Something like that usually gets answered quickly.

Wait about a year or so.

I suppose repeatedly sending tickets will only have the reverse effect of what you're hoping for. They'll probably just mark it as spam and move on.
Just wait another 5 years and you'll get a reply.
