Lmao.. I only use it to get counts up for Final Pact.
Rush is the best end-game mobbing skill if/when you have around 2mil - 2mil range, which is about what's needed to do 21mil in order to 1-hit with it at SDH. Piercing drive is second-best (around 1.6mil max range is needed for that one iirc) and impale is the easiest to 1-hit with, since you only need around 500k max range to ohko the mobs at SDH. La mancha spear is a good way to get banned.
Once you get impale, use it at every spot you train unless you can ohko with piercing drive.
Honestly, I never really used that skill to begin with. The only thing la mancha spear was useful for was getting your hits in for final pact.

I use it in DiPQ a lot, haven't found it too useful outside of that. However I haven't started at F/SDH yet like rate mentioned
