buy them in fm or wait for cash shop events where you can buy them and they're perm
Couldn't you just make the equips through beefys kitchen then Anvil them? I'm not sure if that would work but hey if I'm wrong I'm wrong.

Theres a permanent transparent sale from time to time in the CS.
1. Have them from years back when you could buy permanent NX items in the CS for double the price of a temporary item.
2. Buy them during yearly Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales that always have permanent transparent items.
3. Buy them during May, when the Anniversary Surprise boxes are in the CS.
