Is the Alliance Unbound quest line gone?

So, I recently came back to Maplestory after a couple of months. The last version I played was 102.
I saw that Aran's got some new skills and I could get an SP reset.
But, when I tried to do the quests for it, nothing happened.
I got the message from Lilin, talked to Athena, saw the little cut-scene of all the Heroes and adventurers, and finally got the medal...
And then nothing...

Is it just unavailable now? Is it glitched?
I NEED this SP reset, but buying all the points with NX is [b]NOT AN OPTION![/b]
That's a serious ripoff...
