who here has problems gaining weight? serious. people talk about how hard it is to lose weight but u have no idea being a guy who is trying to get big who can't get weight i'm 6 foot 2 and 150 pounds 8% bodyfat GG son i failed at genetics. i take 1.5g protein/lb body weight, eat clean everyday, consume around 2000~2500 calories everyday, and supplement with creatine. yet i can't stop being a skinny swimmer body non-lifting weak guy who else is like this?
