Attendance 2 Star Enhance
With this 90% 2 Star Enhancement Scroll, does it...
Decrease from 90% like other enhancements when there are already stars on the piece of equipment?
Would it add 2 stars always? such as.. if something has 6 stars already... would it go to 8? or back down to 2 stars...?

It grows 2 stars on an item if it has none or if it just has 1 star, NOT 2 additional stars (like 5+2=7). In other words, the description is completely wrong.
And... no, it doesn't boom your item upon failure.
if there r 2 stars or more it wont let u use it
No, it does not add stars. IE you have 5 stars already, you can't have 7 with the scroll.
You can only use it on items with 1 or no stars.
