Scania - Lionheart Cutlass, Clean, Price Check Please

Yesterday, a friend of mine told me he saw a CLEAN Lionheart Cutlass (LVL 140, 1H-Sword), Hidden Pot, for 100Mil.
I was like, "LOLwut", and still continue to be that today. I've googled a bit, and found some answers to say at LEAST 1Bil, ranging from 2-3bil. These were posts from 6 months ago. I always thought those swords were out of my league! </3
Has there been a mass duping? I didn't think the release of kaisers could've effected the market for 1H by that much, nor possible.
If they're really legit weapons, and not duped... I've been wasting my clean slates... I could've definitely saved up 100mil for a sword like that!
On the other hand, he could've probably miscounted a zero like a nub.
So yeah, is a CLEAN Lionheart Cutlass (LVL 140, 1H-Sword), Hidden Pot, really for 100Mil?

@la101: yea, I saw postings about those too. I always thought the shield + 1H sword was the preferred thing before kaiser came. Thanks for confirming!
A clean lionheart cutlass has always been around 100m. Probably cheaper too
