I think i find how dont have cooldown on Ultimate
I never try but example : a party with 1 bish and 2 bucc. genesis+ 2 time leap = no cooldown.

It even said that it doesnt reset time leap in the description of the skill.
No offense but don't you think that you should read the skill description of a skill you've had for about 5 or 6 levels?
Time leap can not time leap another bucc's time leap...
Or maple would be broken... Spam resurrect, smoke, party shield, HH... ._.
BTW,Time leap has a cooldown,and TL doesn't stack with TL
