Dragon Rider Pq inaccessible
One of the pre-quests for the DRPQ requires you to go to "The Forest that Disappeared", but I can't seem to find it anywhere.
The "Dragon Nest" doesn't show up in the Dimensional Mirror and I couldn't find any hidden portals in Minar / Dragon forest.
Help would be appreciated

Alright, I found the map...
I finished the prequests, and I got the text that says I got the Soaring skill, but it doesn't show on my Skill Tab...? What do I do?
Enter the upper right portal on the map with red dragon turtles, then the lower right portal on that map.
