Hey guys this a collab based off of the original Golden Temple. Every animator was supposed to collect a sunburst in-order for the finisher to have a chance to defeat Ravana. I'm really gratefull that so many people signed up and completed their parts.

@Gutsiness: Make some. I've spent over 20 hours making my set.
Don't give him too much praise. I'll let you in on a secret. By having detailed sprite sequences, the sprite does more of the work, not the animator. Also, those sprites were made by someone else. All he had to do was put the sequences together that dozens have done before with this certain character, and it's animated for you.
I guess I'll use my own character, which doesn't have any sequences, if you don't think it shows my work as an animator.

@Gutsiness: Well a tip to all of you animators who took part in this collab; Don't try to show case attacks and your characters. The characters have been "analyzed" and seen on the first glimpse. And most if not all attacks have also been seen before in movies, animes, games and other flash movies. Try to keep some originality in your attacks at the same time you give a overview of the fighting - where the enemies should get some hits on your character. It gets somewhat more enjoyable to watch rather than the typical Naruto or Bleach thing, where one attack takes around 3-6 seconds to show.
A video about killing monkeys and showing how much 'skills' a 'Maple Movie Maker' can debut, not impressed.
It was supposed to be fun don't take it seriously about killing monkeys I mean they are pixels man
Honestly this wasn't all that good compared to the other collabs... Don't get me wrong, since this was a good animation collab but some of you guys kinda had problems syncing sounds or even left out some SFX that were more or less of significance at some parts. This also lacked quite a punch. Wasn't as exciting to watch, considering many of the animators didn't really put any effort in the enemies but just let them respawn and come closer to the character(s). The same number of people also focused more on the character and showcasing it with a big OHKO attack rather than keeping it moderately flashy, while you can follow the movements and can say it was more enjoyable.

With that said, many of these animators are definite starters and for their first collab many of them did a decent job. The collab was good but it kinda lacked punch IMO.
I hope your not comparing this something like SMC3, I don't think a collab will ever be as good as that. This collab was for average/ intermediate animators, we were lucky to get some advanced animators. There were 2 parts that got screwy in the rendering due to what they exported it as. I agree with you on some of the animators just doing the classic spawn and bash and I will take alot of what you said into consideration If I host another collab in the future.
Just one question, how can I get the costume poses for a character quickly? I bearly see anyone animate with the basic poses... Also, costume skills and effect and sound effects? I have a lack of those.
I sent you where to get them over PM, you would find the sound effects, skills and what-not there as well.
