Tristan's successor's medal
Hey guys, I got a question about the Tristan's successor's medal
The lvl 10 quest tells me to defeat 200 balrog's and the reward is 6800 exp.
I've checked the medal on hidden-street and this is what it says;
"This item can be obtained by talking to Tristan's Spirit and defeating Balrog[b]100[/b] times."
So do I have to defeat it 100 or 200 times for the medal? Has anyone gotten it yet?

stats medal?
I thought Balrog spawned once every 4 hours. Also I am quite sure the quest says the PQ Rog Beat the quest 100 or 200 times for the medal.
