Training at 200?
So, for those of you who have begun leveling past 200, what are you finding to be the most efficient and fastest way to gain exp? I haven't had much of an opportunity to play yet since the patch other than a bit of exploring with the new content.

Only for how hard the monsters hit. I believe people say you need to be well funded, but it gives ludicrous amounts of exp.
