P/C on (Rare) 2 Line Capes

Hi, I just wanted a p/c on my White Gaia and White Seraph Capes
Gaia - Wep Def - 21
- Magic Def - 25
Potential - Str 2%
- Dex +8

Seraph - Wep Def - 35
- Magic Def - 31
Potential - Int 3%
- Luk +4

Once again, these are (rare) 2 lined capes. A good P/C would be very helpful.
