I would say no ... Timeless weapons aren't really used anymore. Not to mention, if you ever wanted to upgrade, you wouldn't be able to sell that.

I had a somewhat similar VIP wand: 222m.atk, 6 stars. 3-lined Unique, 50%boss & 6% total damage.
In Broa, my friends told me to set a/w to 5b. C/os are currently ~3b, but I've only had it up for a couple days so far.

With that said, if you are planning to go full Empress set, and can land a few scrolls on your staff, yes. In fact, with the money spent on that VIP Staff, you could probably get the full Empress set.
