My lvl 80 Thunder Breaker outmatches my lvl 100 Chief Bandit even though my CB has better funding. Any reasons why?

i think your CB might have the edge in mobility, though
Kamehameha attack duh
They gain 6 ap from lvl 10 - 70. That pretty much makes em powerful until lvl 120+
