Gm Live Chat
Hey guys, I've been trying to make contact with a GM through the live chat feature, but it always says they are offline when I try to contact them. What is the best time to contact the Live Support, or what time did you contact them via this way? Help is much appreciated.

If you look under the support, you can find the hours. Here's what I found so far.
Chat hours are:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM PST
Tuesday, Thursday: 10:30 AM - 1 PM PST
I remember reading a comment here on basil saying that they are only open on Wednesdays.
