Best shoe I can get with 2.5 bil
I was looking to sell my 32 atk vss with 3% luk and I was told that I could get 2.5 bill for it. I would like to use that money to buy a good warrior emp shoe. What would be some good stats to look for on the emp shoe?

Good luck finding cubed/prescrolled empress equips @.@ They are rare atleast in bello and if they are sold they are very expensive. Honestly, your dps would be better without the empress shoes but for the sake of the set bonus effects and being legit, aim for 10 atk + with 9-12 percent str
