Zero Wp potential Legendary?
Is it possible to make your weapon unique or legendary with WP upgrade? Right now I have my weapon on epic pot. and I was wondering if it can go unique or legendary, or if cubes are required to make it a higher potential.

lol i've tried over 20 times and could not even get pass rare
The quest says you can get up to unique. It appears no one is even paying attention to the quests.
