Legendary black dragon ring
So I just got the ring and I pot it but after I try scroll it
With the legendary scroll for it and it says it doesn't work
Is this a glitch on the scroll or did I have to scroll it first?

The kill black Manom 50x and get wings 100% drop
But it's like 5% chance or so to get ring took me like
50 tries to get it
Maybe you have to level it up first.
