@i3artman: yea we will have perma bb while training for sure. we will probably use impact during that 20 seconds downtime, but if buff duration works then you will only need like 25% buff duration for inner ability to be able to spam that skill.

well if buff duration works that auto Cerberus is gonna be so nice with the updated bb. can prob have perma bb when hunting and maybe when bossing, deff more frequent tho. just hope its not super hard to lvl these 5th job skills. also since the 5th skill at lvl 50 has a 20 second downtime we gonna boss with it or still with impact?? im guessing impact cuz of the 40% boss 30% pdr and 100% crit but then that 1000% damage on the new skill might be better.

@i3artman: I believe so because the only skills that are not affected by buff duration are hyper skills. Cerberus activates every 5 seconds when you attack

Anyone know if 5th job skills are affected by buff dur? Also does cerberus activate on impact when you use 5th skill?
