Nexon Wins 3.6m Usd In Court by default
That's what happens when people are being bad and don't show up to court when they are sued. Happened to that WoW guy too a year or so ago.

The 3.2Million judgement is "uncollectable", meaning they know the defendants don't have that much money, and Nexon will never see a dime of it.
That number is just calculated from the statutory damages contained in the Copyright Act that they violated. $200 per violation times however many accesses they figured (I forget what the article said it was), = $3.2M.

Yeah they won because the people that were sued didn't even show up so Nexon won by default. 3.6m is a lot but if you're dumb enough to not go to court in a big case like this then wtf, had it coming
