Dawn warrior elemental resistance nerf?
Hello everyone
Could anyone explain me the "nerf" dawn warriors got since they no longer have the elemental ignoring thing?
Im super confused on what it is im not even sure it's called elemental ignoring. But its something i heard that was drastic for DW.

@star909: Well specifically it's very noticeable on Ursus. It sucks seeing some random mage be able to cap while I'm nerfed down to like 12~20m's.
@masinko: what this person said but I think they only had a max of 25% elemental ignore and they lose 10% of it (if memeory serves correctly). Everyone technically has 5% base if they're willing to put in the work to get insight to 100.
@twopointonefour: I think BaM keeps the same amount? But it was only 10% anyways so nerfing them would be rough
OT: They made the change because classes with elemental ignore had a much higher damage boost compared to those that didnt have any, its also the reason elemental void got turned to elemental force.
@highqualityz: Elemental ignore gets removed or nerfed heavily for pretty much every class that has it. Don't expect it to return again.
Oh okay and there is no way to change this? Do they get buffed later?
On a lot of end game bosses, your damage is halved because they have physical resistance and elemental resistance. Dawn Warriors had a skill that would let them ignore a percentage of elemental resistance, so their damage wouldn't be halved, but with this skill now, their damage against those bosses are halved.
I think before, they had a total of 50% Elemental Ignore, which means on those bosses they would do 75% of their damage rather than 50% of their damage.
