So i got a legendary 24% str, 9% total dmg shield and i am wondering if i should re cube it or re cube my mace which is uniq and has 30% boss, and 6% str

use black cubes and you won't risk losing your good stats ^^

shield since it can have weapon potential. %attk/dmg/boss would be better

Not recubing mace -> Recube shield
I would say recube the shield first, str doesnt help as much as att or boss damage but I've had a bad experience with secondarys/shields because they can get so much bad lines. Actually, just recube the shield hope to get 2 good lines then recube the mace.
