How to use Freezing Breath?
i don't truly understand this skill. what is it good for? You use it and it freezes them/lowers their wep. def. or something, but you can't even attack till after the skills animation. I saw somewhere that people keep it at level 1 for the 60 second cool down and invincibility, but i had already maxed it by then. either way i don't understand how this move works. does the longer you freeze them the more def is reduced?

If you party boss. then max it for a longer 25 sec bind. If you solo boss, leave it at lvl 1 for CD reduction. Resets are 7m now so it doesnt even matter. Def reduction is instant.
If you are in a party, you use it to freeze the boss so the rest of the party can hit it
If you boss alone you can use it to survive 1 hit attacks ( that's why some people let it at level 1) this can be very useful for bosses like akyarium, Magnus, and Chaos RA bosses
The invincibility is quite nice, very useful at bosses such as chaos vellum if you get caught off guard by fire ball or a laser beam, or any other bosses that have annoying 1hitko attacks
