Hp cores and population cores are your best bet.
The max population you can get is 150% (100%+50% unique) and you can get x20 hp (assuming you're funded enough)
Monster Level Cores(Level of Your Choice[Higher Level More EXP])
Monster Spawn(Higher Spawn Percentage[%] EX 30%>20%)
Monster HP(Preference)
-For Monster HP, The more hp the more exp it gives however. if u can 1-2 a monster with a low monster hp core. i would prefer the low monster hp core. no point in getting high Hp Core if it takes forever to kill.
if u can kill the monsters in evo easily then use cores that increase monster hp and level since those cores cause the monster to give more exp

not sure though i don't train in evo much
oh yeah also get monster population increase cores
5x hp (or higher), 30% monster pop (or higher), and monster level +3 (or higher) though the monsters cap out at 160.
