Ideal Inner Ability for a Merc?
I have 85%/100% crit clean/buffed and I know that ROI does not benefit from +1 attack speed.
My current inner ability is:
15% chance to bypass CD when using skills.
13% boss damage
Dex +17
Which lines should I reset and what should I aim for?
I was thinking about aiming for +ATT, Buff Duration Increase, Attack Skill Target +1 or HP Percentage Increase.
I currently have 81k honor.

The lines you have are pretty balanced. I'd say perhaps the dex line can be replaced with att or buff. Att preferred. I don't know how beneficial the cooldown IA is seeing as spikes cooldown can be removed by linking and the unicorn cooldown isnt too high either.

Edit: after iElmo pointed out the boss damage thing, I think the IA's you have are fine. Just the dex line needs replacing then or cooldown if you don't need it.
boss damage should be the best. even if you got the maximum amount of att(30), it is literally just a flat 30 att increase since potentials don't apply to inner ability lines.
i was curious what to aim for my third line too cus right now i have 17% boss damage, 13% item drop rate, and some random third liner ~_~
You wont get much better than your current IA....
Just be grateful for what you have.
