In the website it states that you are able to enter twice in a day ( 1 daily key plus a quest to get 1 key per character), however i only seem to be able to enter once. Any ideas?

I've NEVER done RLH and yesterday I obtained 2 keys. Today.. none. Lol
yeah i only got 1 key today...
I think they mean for the people who have not participated in past RLH events. Then you would get 2 keys to enter, but if you have then it should be the daily 1 free key per day.
This seems plausible - I was in the last RLH. Can anyone else confirm Nexon's 5000th vague patch note?
well if things didn't go your way, it must be a bug.
The thing is that I havent logged in at all yesterday when it came out, so none of my characters have done it yet, so I should be able to get the 2nd key for all the chars.
I think only chars that havent done rlh can get that second key
I was able to get two keys yesterday on some characters, only one on others, and of the characters I've checked today I've only gotten one on them so far. Honestly I'm not sure what is wrong with it exactly but the 2nd key that you are supposed to get upon logging in seems to have some kind of random bug to it, maybe a glitch in how they detect if you've gotten that key already or not today? Dunno, but it's a really irritating little bug.
I entered 2x today with no problem O.o
Oh I need to look more
same problem here, made a thread about it but I still got the problem.
I'm also wondering about this...
