Olivia questline
So I'm doing the Olivia quests and I got to the part where I need to turn in 10 tombstones. Well my problem is that once I've collected the 10 tombstones I can not turn in the quest. I tried forfeiting the quest and that didn't work either. Anyone else having this problem?

To get to Jonas, open the map, double click toyshop, and click "enable navigation". You dont have to do the jq.

As you can see, the tombstones need to be given to Jonas. I'll leave it to you to google the other guide that shows the path to get to him.
