Wow, so it's a year until I can use my nightwalker as my main? Looks like my phantom is up for a while.
You won't be able to make them for a long time. They're disabled because Cygnus Knights are being revamped. Three of the five have been revamped, only two are left. They aren't even revamped in KMS yet, so don't expect to be able to make a Night Walker for at LEAST another 7-8months, but I'd say it's probably a year away from GMS.
