Glide key is stuck again

Is there someone here who's had this problem before?

I had it before but I can't remember what I did to fix it,
I also had it on my DS too waaaaay back.

Basically what happens is when I double tap the jump key to glide like normal I don't fall to the ground when I take my finger off the alt key like normal
I just kind of fall off my dragon and glide till I hit the ground again.

Picture of what I'm talking about

Any help?
I know the way to fix it. you press BOTH alts on your keyboard at the same time. There are alt keys on the left and right side of the space bar. I always have the problem of my keyboard thinking the alt key is pressed down even when it's not.
I tried this already
I just jump up and when I try gliding, I'm still stuck.
Sometimes my alt key just gets stuck altogether, but if I press left ctrl+right alt it seems to fix. I guess you could try that.
Didn't work
For the Evans playing long enough, its hard to stop the habit of gliding. I glide for no reason just because lol.
I do this so much. Jump off ladders and zig zag around.
