Do neb sellers spend a lot of money on neb boxes and fuse them with nx for A nebs? Or do people just buy lots of neb boxes and get lucky?

Idk if you're serious or not but S rank doesn't exist (yet).

Ive gotten 1 25%boss and 3 all%4stat nebs from fusing a nebs and 2 all%4stat nebs from gachapon.
The inevitable truth though is that over 90% of all 4%stat and 25%boss nebs are duped.

There are a three ways to obtain A nebs:
1.) Fusing 2 B Ranks nebulite + 500 Nx for a coupon and hopefully get a A rank
2.) Get it from Gachapon (this is where most of the random A rank nebs on the market is coming from, at least in Broa)
3.) The not legit way, which is sadly the most amount of A nebs are procured through is through duping... Though most of the time the ones that are duped are 4% all stats and 25% bossing nebulites.
Max u can get is a B neb from boxes. Some A nebs come from gacha or they were fused with crappy A/B nebs with NX.
