Can't get frozen gear from event
Anyone else having this problem? I see people running around with it on, but I got level 100 on my burned character and didn't get anything. Talked to the Maple Admin a bunch of times, and nothing.

First burned character was fine for me until I started another Burning character on a new server. As @beefly said, it must've been glitched
You were supposed to get the box (along with another box for a lv30 set) as soon as you created your character.
It's a glitch m8.
