Video Card Help!
I need to pick out a great PCI Express 2.0 x16 Video Card of 512MB for an Intel Motherboard/Processor.
This video card has to be able to run games like Vindictus and COD and CS and other game smoothly.
My budget is 100~150$. I am having a very difficult time finding a nice gaming video card, please help me out :x I'm in a hurry, I need to order all the parts soon.

They list current video cards by price range and let you choose a range you can afford, then tell you what's the best "bang for the buck" in that range. They keep these lists updated all the time so everything is current, and link to the retailer with the best price at the time of the report.
The HD 5770 or the GTX 460 768MB.
Since this is the first time you are building a computer, may I ask you provide us the the components you have picked? Edit: Well, just make sure you got a good PSU to power you system.
