Upgrading my shad?
174 shad 70k clean
Cra set clean including dagger
Sw tat 11%
6% temp equips
Evo ring
Emp shoes/gloves
Tyrant cape
So uh now I realized I was supposed to scroll my cra set first before I equipped so uhhh ya..but anyways I'm trying to get like 90-100k clean I already have the reinf earrings/ring but I'm going to unique them first and I have about 2b left to spend should I spend it on 10%+ gollux belt/pendant or something else?

To begin with, ill assume you have some kind of badge and a embelm.
Try to get some kind of link skills, I think getting the Kanna or Merc first is the best option, since they are easy to lvl and great in PQs.
Since you have 2b fund, i think DKhanjar with good pot can help you.
This should get your range to 90k~100kish.
