Well first off id get a 4th ring. One with potential

To start, I would finish scrolling the shoes with 70% spell traces, then enhance to 12 stars. Then, I would 30% spell trace your RA set and enhance to 12 stars; you can finish slating and scrolling these in the future since they're unique pot. Lastly, I would replace your current eye and face accessories for 7%luk sweet water which is roughly 500m apiece in my world, obviously 12 star them as well. Although many people advise you to re-scroll your claw, it's not very easy to do with 5b. I would say to re-scroll the claw with 15% spell traces and slates at 20 to 25b mesos.
. Also: Attempt dojo in the mornings, you could probably be in top 50 then and get gloves.

the price of clean slates are gradually decreasing (in windia anyway, idk about scania) so now might be a good time to scroll

The biggest thing would be redoing the claw with 30% or 15%, but with the price of clean slates right now, that would cost you more than 5b, so that can probably wait until you have more money.

The other thing that's noticeable would be to scroll your items and enhance them. Your top and bottom can either be chaos of goodness'd and hope you hit big attack increases or spell traced for luk. That plus the enhances will give nice boosts to your range. Also enhance your belt to at least 5 star since that's no boom rate. And slowly get gollux scrolls for your gollux set and finish and enhance those.
