I have both. Played both. Both are fun. Choose both.

OT: I mained my BM because I liked it the most. Equips are cheap for bowman at the moment so that's a plus. Damage is pretty good at 4th job and bossing is great. Lots of fast attacking skills that get the job done. I only got my Shad to 140, still an awesomely fun class. Equips cost much more BUT as mentioned before, damage output is definitely not a problem. They hit nice and hard and show high numbers. SOOO personally being biased I'd say BM but looking past my current favorite class, I'd go shadower just because they allow you to do more damage with less funding and are much more tanky which would allow you to go browse more maps without fear of dying. That and getting 300mil for at least 6 pieces of empress set isn't that hard to do right now anyway. So Shad

Shadower is more fun IMO.

arrow rain is one of the best 3rd job (adventurer) skills out there, but there's just something awesome about seeing a swarm of mesos flying in the air and exploding into people's faces that makes me love my shadower

Played both to 200, both are very fun. But I lean towards Shadower. Very chill class. Doesn't take much to get high damage and sustain.
